Since being constructed in 1974, the Utility Vault Plant in Chandler, Arizona has developed and maintained a superior reputation as an innovative leader in the precast utility industry. Utility Vault-Chandler is well known throughout the Southwest U.S. for quality products and dependable service.
The growth Utility Vault-Chandler has experienced over the past two decades is indicative of the growth of the region it serves. Quality production operates efficiently in our 50,000 sq. ft covered manufacturing area with three overhead cranes, automated rebar shear line and bender, and computerized batch plant. Equipment includes a 60 ton travel lift, three forklifts, and six delivery crane trucks.
Utility Vault in Chandler produces an extensive variety of precast utility boxes for telephone, power, and water services, in addition to large fuel vaults and separators. Highway products such as cattleguard, catch basins, and 3-sided bridges are also available. Combined with precast capabilities, a controlled environmental projects department is available, which produces high-tech controlled environment vaults, cabinets, and communication buildings.
